REFUGEES
Mein Bild, das exemplarisch die Situation der Flüchtlinge im Jahr 2015 darstellt, zeigt die Situation dieser im September 2015.
Die schwarzen Zeichen und vertikalen Linien symbolisieren die Hindernisse wie Zäune, Grenzen etc. , die es zu überwinden galt. Teils sind Menschen erkennbar, teils aber auch als amorphe Masse dargestellt, die wiederum die Menge der Flüchtlinge darstellen soll.
Die Größe des Bildes (149 x 200 cm) ist bewusst gewählt, um den Eindruck verstärken zu können, den diese extreme Fluchtsituation darstellte.
